Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that material on our Site infringes your copyright, please submit a notice that includes:

Submitting a Counter-Notice (DMCA Counter-Notice)

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal or disabling of the material was a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your location (or any district where Ahoyprints may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
Action After Receiving Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the affected user, if applicable.
If we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we may forward it to the original complainant and inform them that we may restore the removed material within 10 business days unless the complainant initiates legal action.
Repeat Infringers
Ahoyprints may suspend or terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law. We also reserve the right to take appropriate action for any intellectual property rights violations, whether or not repeated.

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was wrongly removed or disabled, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
