At Ahoyprints, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we gladly offer a 30-day return window. Please refer to the details and guidelines below.

Return Eligibility Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Only returns that meet all of the above conditions will be accepted for processing.

How We Handle Returns & Refunds

- Non-Personalized Products

  • Products that do not include customization (such as names, numbers, or personal messages) are eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • Customers may choose to exchange the item or request a refund, depending on their preference.
  • If exchanging for an item of higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
  • All shipping fees related to returns, exchanges, or refunds are the responsibility of the customer.

- Personalized Products

  • Customized items featuring names, texts, logos, or special design requests are not eligible for return or refund, unless the issue is a result of our error.
  • Acceptable return cases include receiving an incorrect size (as compared to the provided size chart), or receiving a design that does not match your order specifications.
  • We strongly advise reviewing the size chart carefully before placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect size choices on personalized items.

If you believe a personalization error has occurred, please contact us promptly and provide the following to assist us in resolving the issue:

  • Clear photos that clearly show the error
  • For sizing concerns, lay the item flat and include a measuring tape to display the actual measurements

This information will help our production team assess the situation and determine whether a replacement or refund can be offered.

Return Process Steps

To begin the return process, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

  • We will provide detailed instructions along with the appropriate return address.
  • Once your return shipment has been received, our fulfillment team will inspect the items — typically within 72 hours.

If the return is approved, your refund will be issued promptly. Kindly note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and all refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
