Shipping Policy
At Ahoyprints, every order is made-to-order based on your selection. Production begins only after your purchase has been confirmed, allowing us to provide personalized products with consistent quality and attention to detail.
Please allow approximately 4–6 business days for our fulfillment partners to produce and pack your items before they are shipped. This production time ensures that your chosen design is printed correctly and prepared securely for delivery.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey in real time.
While we work with trusted carriers to ensure timely deliveries, please note that all delivery estimates are approximate. Delays caused by customs, courier issues, or extreme weather may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

- Flat Rate Shipping: $5.88 USD per order
- Free Shipping: Orders of $99.88 USD or more
Europe & Rest of the World:
- Flat Rate Shipping: $15.88 USD per order
- Free Shipping: Orders of $150.88 USD or more
We appreciate your understanding and patience while your product is being made just for you. If any delays occur, we’ll notify you by email and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Before shipment: If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t begun processing, we’ll do our best to update the address before it ships.
After shipment:
- Contact your local post office or check at the incorrect address to see if the package can still be retrieved.
- Note: If the item is lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.
If the package is returned to us: Occasionally, undeliverable packages are returned to our facility. If we receive your returned order, we will notify you and offer the following options:
- Non-personalized items: You may choose to have the order resent (shipping fee applies) or request a refund (original shipping fee deducted).
- Personalized items: You may only choose to have the order resent to the correct address (new shipping fee applies). Refunds are not available for personalized products.
